Services and proposals
Project scope, delivery dates, fees, revisions, and ongoing support are confirmed in the written proposal accepted by the client.
Deposits and payments
Deposits reserve production time and are applied to the agreed project fee. Test-mode Stripe Checkout does not create a real charge.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for supplying accurate content, approvals, and access required to complete the agreed work.
Intellectual property
Ownership and licensing of final deliverables, third-party assets, and software are governed by the accepted proposal.
